Simple Rules
1. Theme photographs must be taken any time from October 1st 2011. For theme one, a maximum of three images in digital format (for projection) and one print for display may be submitted. Theme two is restricted to one print or submitted as general photos. All photographs must be the work of the member.
Three general photos of any subject taken at anytime can be submitted in the same way as the theme photos and submitted for projection.
2. Layout Format. Photographs may be in any layout format, ie square, oblong, oval etc.
3. Post-shot Adjustments. Computer manipulation is permitted.
4. Format and Delivery.
· Table Show - Printed photographs must be no larger than A4. These restrictions do not apply in the ‘Anything Goes’ theme where any size is permitted. Photographs must be placed on the tables provided at the meeting prior to the commencement of the meeting. One entry per person.
· Photographs submitted for projection must be in jpeg format and resized so the longest side of the image does not exceed 1024 pixels for landscape and 768 pixels for portrait images. All images are to be emailed no later than three days prior to the meeting.
