Townsville Photography Club.Inc
We meet on the third Monday of each month at the Community Hall in Shannon Street, Oonoonba at 7.00pm.
On each Club night we have two themes - one which is straightforward and reflects common competition themes and one which will, hopefully, stretch the photographer's imagination and creative thought.
Members may enter a print for each theme. Simple Rules.We also screen photographs from the main theme and general shots each month. See Snapshot, the newsletter, for details. We also have a Challenge which enables members to show off their imaginative and digital manipulation skills.
On the first Thursday of each month we have a workshop dealing with aspects of photography of interest to members.
From time to time we go out and about on shoots. Each year members enter photographs in the local show and have been quite successful.
